By using Tada Bot, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Tada Bot is a free AI agent management tool that allows you to:

• Connect to and manage VPS servers via SSH.

• Install, configure, and monitor OpenClaw agents.

• Manage skills and chat channels.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your account with others.

• Registration information must be accurate and up to date.

You agree **not** to use Tada Bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Send spam, malicious content, or conduct fraud through AI agents.

• Attack, disrupt, or damage systems or servers belonging to others.

• Collect personal information without authorization.

• Tada Bot provides its service on an "as-is" basis.

• We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service availability.

• VPS costs and AI model API key expenses are your responsibility with the respective service providers.

• The Tada Bot source code is the property of API Tech.

• Content you create (agents, skills, configurations) belongs to you.

API Tech reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
