2. Service Provided "As-Is"

• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service operation.

• That results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

• That all software defects will be corrected.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• VPS security: Tada Bot connects to your VPS via SSH. You are responsible for securing your server. **Tada Bot never accesses your VPS without your authorization** — your VPS is only accessed through the Tada Bot interface during an authenticated session initiated by you. When you disconnect or your session expires, all SSH connections are fully terminated.

• API keys: You manage and bear all costs arising from your AI model API keys.

• AI agent content: Any content that AI agents generate or respond with on chat channels.

• Legal compliance: Ensuring your use of AI agents complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of Liability

API Tech **is not liable** for:

• Data loss on your VPS.

• Costs arising from the use of AI model API keys.

• Damages caused by AI agents sending inappropriate content.

• Service interruptions due to network issues, VPS providers, or third parties.

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages.

5. Third-Party Services

Tada Bot integrates with third-party services (Supabase, OpenClaw, Telegram, Discord, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the policies, operations, or incidents of these services.
